Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. LuxKart is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation at info.luxkart@gmail.com so we can assist you.

Return Policy

We offer a 5-day return policy. Customers may request a return within 5 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Return requests must be approved before sending the product back
