Refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may return eligible items and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.
